21-year-old Jeliyah Baynham sped eastbound I-440 in July 2022. Officers observed her silver Honda Accord going 86 mph in a 55 mph zone and conducted a traffic stop. Baynham was cited for the violation. Baynham was booked on the citation of speeding over 75 mph on January 31st, 2024.
Jeliyah T Baynham of Lischey Place in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 31st, charged with speeding over 75 mph. She is free on a $25,000 bond.
