21-year-old Yulimar Miquilarena-Yanez was the driver involved in a car accident resulting in injury at Nolensville Pike and Edmonson Pike on February 7th. The other involved party had to be transported to Vanderbilt Hospital for treatment. As a result of the “Ricky Ott Act,” Miquilarena-Yanez was taken into custody for a financial responsibility violation involving injury and not having a driver’s license.
Yulimar Miquilarena-Yanez of Westfield Drive in Murfreesboro, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 7th, charged with not having insurance during automobile accident with injuries or death and no driver’s license. She is free on a $5,000 bond.
