33-year-old Jay Michael Dubowsky hunted at Percy Priest WMA without a hunting license on December 10th, 2023. TWRA agents observed this and were notified of a previous incident where Dubowsky killed a male deer without a permit in November 2023. They seized a deer rack as evidence and cited Dubowsky for the violation. Dubowsky was booked on the citations for illegally taking wildlife and hunting without a license on March 1st.
Jay Dubowsky of John Hager Road in Hermitage, TN, was booked on a citation on February 24th, charged with hunting without a license and illegal taking of wildlife.
