41-year-old Nathan McCollum was booked on the citation of soliciting on March 12th. On December 8th, McCollum was in the exact location on Highway 70 South at the I-40 West Exit Ramp, where he had been previously warned and cited for loitering on November 9th, so he was cited for the incident.
Nathan L. McCollum of Lafayette Street in Nashville, TN, was booked on a citation on March 12th, charged with pedestrian solicitation.
