23-year-old Rami Mohammad was speeding in his white Tesla on I-24 West on March 30th. While going 90 mph, he weaved in and out of traffic, nearly causing a collision. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and cited him for the incident. Mohammed was booked on the citation for reckless driving on April 12th.
