25-year-old Christopher Charles Park was found passed out on the sidewalk near 12th & Broadway just before 1 a.m. Sunday. Park reeked of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet when he attempted to stand. He was not aware he was in Nashville and was unable to care for himself. He was placed into custody, and while Officer Steiner was tying the report in the front seat of the police car, Park spat in his face from the rear seat.
Christopher Charles Park was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 31st, charged with assault of an officer and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $25,100.
