40-year-old Leo Shane Webster of Canby, Oregon, was booked this week on a citation charging him with the assault of Brian Theriac, who is a bouncer at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville. Staff says he was initially removed from the venue for being disorderly, only to return to the location a short time later and punch a bouncer in the chest. The incident was captured on video.
Leo Webster was booked on the citations on November 14th, charged with criminal trespass and assault. He is scheduled to appear in court in January.
