19-year-old Timothy Givens crashed his Chevy Cruze near I-24E & Harding Place early Sunday morning. When officers arrived, they noticed he was swaying as they spoke to him, and he reportedly reeked of alcohol. He blew a 0.135% BAC on a breathalyzer and was charged with DUI.
Timothy T Givens of A Shau Valley Rd in Fort Campbell, KY, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 18th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
