20-year-old Cheyenne Evilsizer was detained by off-duty officers working a secondary assignment near 12th & Broadway in the early hours of March 3. She was reportedly extremely intoxicated and was walking in the roadway and in restricted construction areas. Officers arrived to find her with red, watery eyes, slurred speech, and smelling of alcohol. She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Cheyenne D. Evilsizer was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 3rd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $50.
