36-year-old Cole Ferguson crashed his vehicle in Madison in the early hours of Sunday morning, according to police. As they responded to the scene, they spoke with Ferguson, who had slurred speech and reeked of alcohol. He declined all sobriety testing, but did admit to having a few drinks and that he had just left work and was trying to get home. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.
Cole Ferguson was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 19th, charged with driving under the influence and implied consent violation. He is free on a $1,000 cash bond.
