Zackery Potter — too drunk for downtown Nashville

22-year-old Zackery Potter was jailed on April 2nd after state troopers found him passed out on a sidewalk on 4th Avenue near Broadway. Potter was blocking the sidewalk, and it took the trooper several attempts to wake him up. The trooper asked Potter if he knew where he was, but he was unable to answer. He had slurred speech and was incoherent when trying to answer questions. He was taken into custody due to his extreme intoxication to prevent him from harming himself.

Zackery Braxton Potter was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 2nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
