39-year-old Erin Akers told police she had “three Cosmopolitan” drinks at Jason Aldean’s Bar before crashing her car at 12th & Demonbreun late Saturday night. She left the bar to drive home around 11 p.m., which was about an hour before the crash. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and had trouble standing on her own during the interaction. Akers was transported to booking and charged with DUI.
Erin E Huckabee Akers of Magnolia Dr in Franklin, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 28th, charged with driving under the influence and implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $3,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
