Elijah Sturdivant jailed on outstanding warrant and marijuana charges

19-year-old Elijah Sturdivant was the passenger princess in a car that fled from the police early Sunday morning as part of the street racing initiative. Once the vehicle was eventually intercepted, a search of Sturdivant revealed two grams of marijuana on her person. He additionally had an outstanding warrant charging him with passing a worthless check after he deposited a check on a mobile app to a bank and then also cashed it in person at Advance Financial.

Elijah Moon Sturdivant of Greenharbor Rd in Old Hickory, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 16th, charged with possession or casual exchange and a worthless check. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
