53-year-old chef Scott Euvrard appeared alone and visibly drunk on Broadway before trying to open a police vehicle’s door. Police inside their patrol vehicle near Whiskey Bent Saloon on July 27th saw Scott in the street. When they got out of the car and approached him, he went to a patrol vehicle outside of Jason Aldean’s bar and attempted to open the door of the patrol vehicle. He was then placed into custody for public intoxication due to reportedly smelling strongly of alcohol, being unsteady on his feet, and having glassy eyes. Police noticed no one coming over to Scott to check on him, nor did he say anything about being there with anyone else.
