30-year-old Robert Palumbo continuously attempted to enter Electric Jane Bar after being barred for being too intoxicated, then sat in the driver’s seat of a tour bus, refusing to leave. Close to 11:30 pm on July 27th, police found Robert unsteady on his feet outside Electric Jane Bar on Division St. Reportedly, Robert was denied access several times to Electric Jane Bar due to his level of intoxication. After several attempts to force his way in, he climbed into the driver seat of a nearby tour bus with the owner asleep in the bus. He refused to get off the bus when the owner told him to. Eventually, he made his way back out in front of Electric Jane Bar, where police found him.
Robert Palumbo was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 28th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
