31-year-old Irving Huitron was jailed for public intoxication when police found him attempting to brawl in Broadway Brewhouse. On July 29th, MNPD police responded to Broadway Brewhouse Downtown in reference to a patron being assaulted and then kicked out by security. They arrived and spoke to the patron, who identified Irving as the man who assaulted him but did not wish to prosecute. However, police did observe Irving attempting to fight other citizens causing them to place him in custody. They described Irving as smelling strongly of alcohol, slurred speech, and unsteady on his feet.
Irving Huitron was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 29th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
