20-year-old Braxton Carter was described as running around in his boxers, entering the middle of the road, and throwing scooters when police responded to 2nd Ave and Lea Ave after receiving the report early Thursday morning. Braxton was unsteady on his feet and smelled strongly of alcohol when police found him. Braxton could not tell police where he was staying or if he had any friends around to help him, so police placed him into custody for public intoxication.
Braxton Carter was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 24th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
