41-year-old Jonathon Lemay fell on stage at the Rusty Nail Bar, breaking sound equipment before security asked him to leave, but he refused. He was escorted out and still refused to leave the property. Police arrived and spoke to Jonathan, who had visible signs of intoxication. They attempted to get him to call a cab, but he was too intoxicated to understand how to work his phone, so he was arrested for public intoxication.
Jonathon Tolbert Lemay was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 24th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
