36-year-old musician Michael Antosh was visibly intoxicated and almost fell over while walking past officers on Broadway on September 28th. The officers assisted Michael into a taxi but were later flagged down for the taxi driver arguing with Michael while he stood on the road. They told him he would go to jail if he did not get into the cab. Michael asked which jail they were talking about, and the officers said county jail.
