37-year-old Justin Stephens was found unconscious in the grass just outside the Turnip Truck in the Gulch late Friday night by police working patrol in the area. Officers were eventually able to awaken Stephens, who was disoriented and had difficulty answering questions. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and refused all assistance and transport to a local hospital. Left with no options, officers took him into custody for public intoxication and transported him to booking.
Justin Matthew Stephens was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 9, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $50.
