19-year-old New York tourist Margaret Patrick was jailed in Nashville late Friday night after it was discovered she was using a fake ID to drink at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville. She was with a younger teenager who tossed cups of ice from the rooftop, bringing the couple to the attention of the police. As they identified her, it became clear that her identification was not genuine. The ID was seized, and she was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Margaret Patrick of Lakeview Drive in Cooperstown, NY, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 8, charged with underage drinking and use of a false ID to obtain alcohol. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $600, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
