30-year-old John Gregory was involved in a car accident late Christmas Eve at Music Valley Drive near Logan’s Roadhouse. Officers arrived and spoke with Gregory, who was visibly intoxicated, and gave them two different stories regarding how the accident occurred. He consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and admitted to having an alcoholic beverage earlier in the day under Miranda. He was taken into custody for driving under the influence and implied consent on Christmas Day.
