22-year-old Samantha Payne crashed her car at the Taco Bell on Rosa L Parks Blvd just before 3 a.m. on December 30th. Payne told responding officers she had been drinking beer before driving to Taco Bell for food. She was visibly intoxicated and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. She later blew a 0.201% BAC on a breathalyzer. Samantha Payne was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Samantha C. Payne of Cumberland Bend in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on December 30th and charged with DUI. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
