27-year-old Caitlin Chism had to be physically removed from a fight at the corner of Representative John Lewis Way and Broadway on January 1st. Officers responded to a physical altercation between two men, Isaiah Lofton and Joseph Konrath. When officers tried to separate the involved parties, Chism repeatedly intervened and had to be removed from the scene. When police interacted with Chism, they noticed she was heavily intoxicated and unable to care for herself. Chism was arrested for her safety and taken into custody for public intoxication.
Caitlyn Brook Chism was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 1st, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
