40-year-old Joshua Stuart was waiting at the TSA checkpoint at the Nashville International Airport Friday at Noon when he fell over due to his level of intoxication. Airport police arrived to find Stuart had abrasions on his forehead and nose as a result of the fall. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and had urinated on himself. Officers attempted to escort him to a taxi, but he remained unsteady on his feet and became unable to operate his phone or care for himself. He was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to booking downtown.
Joshua Blake Stuart was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 5th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
