30-year-old Sean McDowell had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Tina Weigner, at her Moncrief Avenue residence around 8:30 p.m. on February 7th. Weigner spoke with officers when they arrived and advised them McDowell had pushed her over the couch and punched her repeatedly on her head and shoulders. McDowell then took her phone and began threatening to get his gun. Weigner said that when she tried to leave the confrontation, McDowell pushed her again and left with his two kids to his Forest Park Road residence. McDowell was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Sean P. McDowell was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 7th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
