25-year-old Austin Lance was booked on February 18th after causing an accident on Edmondson Pike and Ashlawn Place. When the officer arrived, Lance said that he had hit another car but was unsure how it had happened. Lance appeared confused, had difficulty answering questions, and smelled of alcohol. Lance performed poorly on sobriety tests and admitted to drinking a four-pack of beer and a shot of vodka earlier that morning. Lance was then taken into custody for DUI.
Austin V. Lance of Players Ct in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 18th, charged with DUI. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
