28-year-old Donald Miller was involved in a three-vehicle accident on I-24 late February 16th. Officers arrived and spoke with Miller, who advised them he was driving his white work van. Officers noticed him showing signs of impairment as he consented to sobriety tests, which he performed poorly on. After being informed of implied consent, Miller agreed to provide a blood sample. Miller was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Donald Miller of Lee Avenue in Murfreesboro, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 17th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
