34-year-old Nicolas Moises Batz tried to enter an event without a ticket at Geodis Park on the afternoon of February 25th. Security at the event spoke with officers when they arrived and advised them that Batz was visibly intoxicated. Officers determined Batz was unable to care for himself, so they asked the medics to assist him, but Batz refused. Officers also observed Batz to be unsteady on his feet, so they tried to contact his friends or family. However, officers could not reach anyone, and Batz was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Nicolas Batz was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 25th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
