36-year-old Bryan Daniels attempted to enter an Airbnb without permission at Rep. John Lewis Way on March 3rd. When officers arrived, The complainant stated that Daniels was outside sleeping on their balcony. Daniels was barely conscious when the officers were speaking to him. They asked him where he was staying, but he was unable to communicate due to his level of intoxication. Officers had to hold Daniel’s body up as he was placed into custody and transported to booking on March 3rd.
Bryan J Daniels was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 3rd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
