DUI: Anthony Davis drives with no vehicle lights on after one margarita

58-year-old Anthony Davis was seen traveling on Old Hickory Boulevard West without his vehicle lights on March 2nd. An officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with Davis, who admitted to drinking a single margarita. Davis consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and then requested to use a breathalyzer. His BAC was .060%, but the test was taken an hour after the initial stop. The officers conducted a probable cause search of his vehicle and located several small liquor bottles. Anthony Davis was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and open container.

Anthony Dewayne Davis of Murfreesboro Pike in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 2nd, charged with driving under the influence and open container. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
