26-year-old Charles Jordan Turner had a domestic disturbance with his boyfriend, Justin Arends, at his Pin Hook Road residence in the early hours of March 11th. When officers arrived, they located Arends at the neighboring residence on Pin Oak Court, screaming in extreme agony with a disfigured shoulder, advising that he called Turner a “Bitch,” which sparked an argument, where he took and destroyed his belongings and told him he was going to get his gun. Then, Arends said he heard a “rack” of a gun and started running out of the back door, and when he started jumping the back fence, Turner pushed him, causing his left arm to get stuck, dislocating his shoulder. Then, he went to the neighbor’s house, called 911, and was later transported to Southern Hills for medical treatment. Turner was taken into custody for aggravated assault.
