Officers noticed the man was visibly intoxicated. Then, during an inventory search before the vehicle was towed, officers found Masis in the trunk. Masis advised that it was his vehicle that he was driving but did not know how he got in the trunk. Officers noticed Masis reeked of alcohol and took him into custody for driving under the influence-vehicle owner due to him allowing another intoxicated person to drive his vehicle.
