22-year-old Charles Scalf was driving without a seatbelt down Briley Parkway West near mile marker 25.8 on the afternoon of August 4th, 2023. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and then cited Scalf for the incident. He failed to appear in court or pay his fine by October 6th, 2023, so officers issued a warrant for his arrest. Scalf was taken into custody on March 19th.
Charles W. Scalf of Clarksville Pike in Joelton, TN, was booked on a citation on March 19th, charged with driver safe belt violation.
