Oscar Mayorga gets physical at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk over missing credit card, officers find it in his pocket

40-year-old Oscar Mayorga was being disorderly at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk around 12:46 a.m. on March 31st. When officers arrived, they spoke with security at the establishment, who advised that they had kicked Mayorga out due to his behavior. Security said he returned a little later to try and get his credit card from the bar staff, during which he got physical with security. Security detained Mayorga and then contacted the police. Security stated they did not wish to prosecute for the incident. Officers were notified about the trespass waiver on file for the location. They believed Mayorga may continue to try entering the bar, so he was placed under arrest. Then, Mayorga was taken into custody for criminal trespassing.

Oscar Mayorga of Brookvale Ter in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on March 31st, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
