47-year-old Matthew Lincoln Allen was taken into custody for public intoxication on April 2nd. Security at Bode Nashville alerted the authorities, advising that Allen had come into the establishment already intoxicated and continued drinking when he got there. When the bartender told him to leave, he got aggressive with the staff. Officers asked him for his basic information, but he was too impaired to answer. Allen could not stand up independently and was deemed a danger to himself and others.
Matthew Lincoln Allen was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 2nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
