26-year-old Connor Baucom was involved in a car accident near Main Event Parking on James Robertson Parkway in the early hours of April 6th. Officers observed him in a ditch near the Exit 48 ramp. Officers approached Baucom and helped him out of his car, where they noticed a slight alcoholic odor on his person. This prompted officers to ask Baucom if he had anything to drink, which he denied. Baucom then consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and refused to provide a breath sample after being read implied consent. Baucom was taken into custody for driving under the influence and implied consent.
Connor J Baucom of Baxter Avenue in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on April 6th, charged with driving under the influence and implied consent. He is free on a $3,000 bond.
