44-year-old Rochdi Benaissa stole from the Shell Gas Station on Fessler’s Lane in the early hours of March 9th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Laquita Holt, a Shell employee, who advised them that he entered the store, picked up a $2.99 can of beer, and then exited without paying. Benaissa told the police he went to the store for beer and was refused service when he tried to pay because he did not have a shirt on, so he took the beer to his car and fell asleep in the parking lot. He was cited for the incident. Then, Benaissa was booked on the citation of theft on April 4th.
