41-year-old Schander Hassan was booked on the citation of assault on April 16th. On March 24th, around 12:30 a.m. at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Michelle Hicks, an employee, approached officers and advised them that Hassan had struck her in the head with a used urinal. Hassan was cited for the incident.
