50-year-old Tresia Lynn Givens, a Courtyard Green Hills employee, was driving a 2008 Infiniti EX3 with stolen tags near Bell Road and I-24 on the afternoon of March 20th. Officers observed this and followed her to The Hickory Highlands apartment complex. Givens stopped once she noticed the police and told them she got the tag from a security guard. She said she knew it was illegal but needed a tag since she just moved here. Upon further investigation, detectives discovered she had no driver’s license and cited her for the incident. Givens was booked on the citation of theft and not having a valid driver’s license on April 19th.
