44-year-old Courtney Meredith Webber was removed from an aircraft and denied boarding at BNA Airport around 7 p.m. on May 5th. When officers arrived at the gate, an agent advised them that Webber had urinated on the seat inside the airplane. While they were speaking, Webber approached them, using profane language, reeking of alcohol, and swaying from side to side, showing signs of impairment. Due to causing the disturbance and her level of inebriation, officers detained her. Webber was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Courtney Meredith Webber was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 5th, charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
