31-year-old Jaiari Dunaway had an altercation with Keydrick Lorenzo Rose at the Ascend Federal Credit Union on Charlotte Avenue Pike on October 4th, 2021. The location provided officers with surveillance, showing Rose standing and utilizing the drive-through ATM when a blue vehicle drove up behind him. An unidentified male, later identified as Dunaway, exited the car and approached him. Dunaway struck Rose multiple times, causing him to fall onto the ground in front of Dunaway’s car. Dunaway kicked Rose at least once before he could get up and leave the scene. Then, Dunaway used the ATM and officers used the Information from his back transaction to identify him. A warrant was issued for his arrest on January 14th, 2022. Dunaway was later taken into custody for assault on May 8th, 2024.
Jaiari K Dunaway of Blue Lake Circle in Antioch, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 8th, charged with assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
