TSU student Cameron Foley crashes into police car while speeding in Dodge Challenger

21-year-old Cameron Nicholas Foley, a student at Tennessee State University, sped past another driver using a turn-only lane near Jefferson Street and 28th Avenue North late April 19th. Officers observed him accelerating excessively in his red Dodge Challenger before they heard him collide with another vehicle, later identified as a metropolitan police car, near John A Merritt Boulevard. When officers approached the crash, Foley exited his car and reentered before they instructed him to get out. Foley was then cited for the incident and booked on the citation of reckless driving on May 10th.
