53-year-old Kelley Lynette Zumwalt had a domestic altercation with her minor son at their Alpine Avenue residence on October 24th, 2023. On October 28th, 2023, Michael Lopez, the father of Zumwalt’s son, alerted the authorities, advising them that his son told him that Zumwalt had gotten upset because he had dishes all over the kitchen while making dinner. Then, he said she knocked off all the dishes on the counter, and one hit his foot, leaving a bruise. Lopez’s daughter, Lillianna Zumwalt, told officers she heard the dishes knocked onto the ground. A warrant was issued for her arrest. Then, Kelley Zumwalt was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 22nd, 2024.
Kelley Lynette Zumwalt of Alpine Avenue in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 22nd, charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $100 bond.
