26-year-old Michael Allen Lloyd was found late Sunday night standing in the middle of the offramp from Briley Parkway onto Lebanon Pike in an extreme state of intoxication. When officers responded to the initial call, he still remained in the same spot as first reported. Officers attempted to give him a ride back to his hotel, but he became verbally abusive and began to bang his head on the glass partition of the patrol car. He was then deemed to be too intoxicated to be left on his own and was placed under arrest and transported to booking.
