21-year-old Liz Quiroz and her friend Wendy Butler were lying in the middle of the road at 2:10 a.m. Sunday, too intoxicated to talk or stand. Despite multiple attempts to assist them to their hotel, Quiroz was unable to produce complete sentences or assist herself in avoiding jail. Due to her location and state of intoxication, she was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Liz Quiroz was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on January 22nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
