31-year-old Abdu Nosakhere was jailed just before 2 a.m. Sunday after police observed him selling nitrous ballons to a group of people, who were then inhaling them to get high in downtown Nashville at 5th & Broadway. Officers seized a nitrous oxide tank which he was using to fill the balloons. A second person selling the balloons was not arrested as he left his tank and fled from officers. Officers also seized all of his cash after he admitted it came from the sale of the nitrous balloons. Just a few hours later, the two were back selling the beautiful balloons, as seen in the video in the story.
