Police say 19-year-old Luke Perricone got drunk Saturday night and drove a Bird scooter on I-24 W near exit 87. Officers made contact with him and noted the windblown teenager reeked of alcohol. He was relocated to a nearby gas station to conduct field sobriety tests, of which he failed each one. He was transported to booking, where he blew a 0.142% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Luke Davis Perricone of Bridgecest Ridge in Lebanon, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 19th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
