19-year-old Wisconsin tourist Neil Sean Lopez was booked this week on an outstanding citation charging him with underage drinking at CMA Fest in June. Police say he was found in possession of beer at Nissan Stadium during CMA Fest on June 10. He was issued a citation on the charge.
Neil Sean Lopez of Bear Arbor Dr in Burlington, WI, was booked on the citation on July 10th, charged with consumption of alcohol under the age of 21.
