Brandon Covington charged with stealing his significant other’s vehicle

30-year-old Brandon Covington was taken into custody Friday night after a LPR near Trinity Lane and Brick Church Pike alerted to the car he was driving being listed as stolen. Police soon located the red Ford Fusion and followed it with the assistance of a THP helicopter. Covington was taken into custody. The NCIC hit detailed that the owner had lent the vehicle to Covington, who was their significant other, but he failed to return it.

Brandon Lee Covington of Mercantile in Frederick, MD, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 21st, charged with theft. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
